BORDERLINE :: DON MCGLASHAN :: 21/01/09
Don’s first show has now sold out, so he has announced a second, and final, solo show the night before, on Wednesday 21st January.
You may know him from his days in The Mutton Birds, or Blam Blam Blam or possibly even The Front Lawn. Wherever you know him from, you are sure to have heard his songs over the years: “Anchor Me”, “Dominion Road”, “Nature”, “There is no Depression in New Zealand” and last year’s smash hit, “Bathe in the River”, which Don wrote for Hollie Smith.
Supporting him on both nights will be the amazing Steve Abel, whose “Flax Happy” album was one of the finest releases of 2008. He can be checked out at www.abelsong.com.
Advance tickets are £8 +b/f from www.ticketweb.co.uk (08700 600 100) or www.seetickets.com, otherwise it will be £12 on the door.
Doors: 7pm
At: Orange Yard, 16 Manette Street, London, W1D 4AR
