We are very pleased to be able to present digital dub maestro International Observer as our special Xmas guest. Albums such as “Seen” (Different Drummer) and “All Played Out” (Round Trip Mars) are masterpieces of modern dub, steeped in reggae and roots and dripping with deep skanks and warm basslines. He will be performing the Dex’n’FX set that rocked The Big Chill Festival earlier this year – one not to be missed!

COCKTAIL OF THE MONTH :: PURE DELUXE
Ingredients: 50ml 42 BELOW Pure vodka, 10ml Lillet, 15ml Flashengeist Quince Liqueur and 3 drops of orange bitters
Glass: Martinii
Method: Chill a martini glass with ice. Mix ingredients together and pour. Garnish with shaved orange zest
