NEIGHBOURHOOD :: THE BLACK SEEDS :: 28/07/05

There are only a few hundred tickets left for this show, which marks the start of their European tour. They are trying to find a free date in their busy schedule to possibly do another show in London but it is looking unlikely at the moment. DJs for the night are dancehall don Usha and world music champion Nikki Lucas.

Hours: 8pm til 2am – the band should be onstage around 9.30pm (please note time change).

Tickets are £10 in advance from Ticketweb (08700 600 100) -http://www.ticketweb.co.uk/user/?region=uk&query=detail&event=129471.
Also available at the Spacific Big Chill Bar session on 13th July – look for the sign.

Neighbourhood is at 12 Acklam Road, London W10 5QZ – the nearest tube is Westbourne Park and if you need to know more check out www.neighbourhoodclub.net.
(We will be posting night bus information up on our site soon)

While not so well known in New Zealand, the former tour DJ for The Dirty Beatniks and rapper Silver Bullet has been making a name for himself in London for quite some time now with his solo releases on Carbon and Exceptional and more recently with Steve Harris as Atlantic Conveyor. His latest single, “Five Day Night” features Dallas from Fat Freddys Drop as well as sterling remixes from both the Drop and Brad Baloo (The Nextmen).

Doors: 7pm til 12am
The Big Chill Bar is on Dray Walk, just off Brick Lane, London E1 6QL and has a great courtyard area out front.
