THE WATER RATS :: REB FOUNTAIN :: 15/11/22
We’re thrilled to announce that multi-award winning Flying Nun artist Reb Fountain will performs with her all-star band for us at The Water Rats this November.
If you’e not aware of her, Reb effortlessly combines pop elements with the trademark noir folk-punk sound featured on her critically acclaimed Flying Nun releases Reb Fountain and IRIS. Check out the videos to ‘Don’t You Know Who I Am‘, ‘Lacuna’ and ‘Psyche’ on her YouTube channel.
Renowned for her spell-binding performances, ‘Reb moves across the stage and through the various stages of herself to deliver her songs, devotionals. Prowling like Patti Smith and Cat Power one- minute, Nick Cave living his best life the next with soaring vocals invoking Mazzy Starr, Tori Amos and Kate Bush, but all with a stunning originality,’ making her live show something not to be missed.
